Quality Assurance Supervisor

ACG_2905_JOB Our client is a leading company specialized in electronics who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. Oversee quality control during production, including product specification, traceability, and handling procedures. Drive the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the SPC framework to monitor and optimize process performance. Conduct regular process audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process enhancements and monitor improvement metrics. Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM-related discipline, preferably in Mathematics or Statistics. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in PCB manufacturing. Skilled in Microsoft Office and statistical analysis software such as Minitab. Solid understanding of SPC principles, IPC standards, and familiarity with IATF-16949 and QC080000 regulatory frameworks. Knowledgeable in the 7 QC tools and formally trained in Six Sigma methodologies. Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese proficiency is an added advantage.
