ACG_3525_JOB Our client is a leading logistics company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. Responsible for business development and sales of all logistics services Develop strategic plans, budgets, business initiatives, and solutions while overseeing the execution of the company’s Sales & Marketing activities. Design and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans to ensure the Sales Department achieves assigned revenue and budget targets. Monitor and evaluate the department’s and individual employees’ performance against targets, and make timely adjustments to optimize business effectiveness. Collaborate with internal business units to identify available resources (such as vacant warehouse space, idle trucks, etc.) and coordinate with the sales team to maximize utilization. Proactively seek new business opportunities, introduce the company’s logistics supply chain solutions, and expand the customer base. Conduct market research to develop innovative and specialized logistics products and services based on market demand, existing infrastructure, newly invested facilities, and the capabilities of the company, its subsidiaries, and strategic partners. Update and manage the company’s marketing materials, including brochures and corporate profiles. Present the overall capabilities and service portfolio of the Group (parent company, subsidiaries, and joint ventures) to customers and partners. Formulate sustainable growth strategies focused on enhancing service quality and improving customer satisfaction. Take responsibility for developing and revising incentive and reward policies for the Sales Department in coordination with related departments, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, then submit proposals to the Board of Management. Foster a professional, collaborative, and performance-driven working environment that strengthens internal teamwork and cross-department communication to achieve business objectives. Oversee all personnel matters within the Sales Department, including establishing internal processes, setting MBO/KPI targets, assigning tasks, supervising performance, and providing guidance and support to employees. Lead training, coaching, and development programs for staff while continuously improving operational procedures and ensuring effective implementation to enhance team productivity and efficiency. Consolidate, analyze, and evaluate business data and market information to propose appropriate business strategies for each stage of development. Additional responsibilities and job details will be discussed during the interview. Requirements Male/Female, aged between 40–52. Bachelor’s degree or higher. Minimum of 5 years of experience in positions such as Sales Manager, Logistics Department Manager, Sales Team Leader, or equivalent roles. Strong expertise in Sales and Customer Relationship Management; solid understanding of domestic and international logistics business operations; knowledgeable about the logistics market, products, and services, including warehousing and transportation. Proficient in English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Proficient in computer applications, especially Microsoft Office, with strong PowerPoint and presentation skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills; strong ability to build and maintain relationships; effective time management and planning skills; persuasive and influencing abilities; strategic thinking capability; conflict management skills; results-oriented mindset; and strong teamwork skills.
