HVAC Service Technician - DMG North

• →Installing, maintaining and repairing HVAC systems and equipment.
• →Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
• →Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
• →Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
• →Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• →Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.
• →Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
• →Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• →Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
• →Assisting with customers' queries in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• → Field experience with commercial heating and air conditioning.
• → Must have knowledge of commercial air-conditioning, heating, water source heat pumps & rooftop packaged HVAC systems.
• → Expected to travel 50% of the time to anywhere in the entire state California
• → EPA Type 1 & 2 of universal certification
• → Must have your own hand tools.
• → Must have a clean driving record.
• → OSHA 10-hour training certification (preferred).
• →Must be able to:
  • →Lift up to 50lbs
  • →Use their hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
  • →Stand for long periods of time.
  • →Bend or twist their body.
  • →Climb ladders, scaffolds, or poles.
  • →Repeat the same movements.
