Our client is seeking a highly experienced Litigation Paralegal to support our trial attorneys in managing a high-volume litigation docket. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess extensive knowledge of state and federal court procedures. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will have experience with the Public Utilities Commission and/or the Texas Railroad Commission (this is not an absolute requirement)

Responsibilities

→Draft and format shell discovery responses, correspondence, and pleading shells
→Prepare hearing and trial notebooks
→Manage and maintain calendaring of court deadlines, hearings, and discovery obligations
→E-file documents in state and federal courts using E-File Texas and PACER/ECF
→Assist with trial preparation
→Perform internet and legal research using Westlaw and other platforms

Requirements
