Appodeal Accelerator is a fast-growing division of Appodeal, focused on helping mobile game developers launch and scale games with strong market potential.
We’re not a service — we’re a strategic product partner. We provide UA, monetization, funding, analytics, and creative support tailored to each game's unique needs.
We work across genres (not just hyper-casual) and are building a lean, high-impact publishing team in Europe — where product quality, game feel, and creative thinking come first.

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Consultant (Part-Time) to support and elevate our developer acquisition strategy.

In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor and hands-on contributor, helping to refine our BD approach, strengthen deal flow quality, and guide key partnership decisions. Rather than owning day-to-day execution, you will focus on high-impact activities — shaping sourcing strategy, supporting evaluation of top opportunities, and advising on complex partnerships.

This is a flexible, high-leverage role with direct exposure to leadership and influence over which studios and games move forward within the Accelerator.

  • Advise on sourcing strategy: target regions, genres, and studio profiles.
  • Help refine and improve developer acquisition channels and partnerships.
  • Contribute to building scalable and efficient BD frameworks.
  • Review selected high-priority opportunities and provide expert assessment.
  • Support evaluation of product potential, market fit, and commercial viability.
  • Provide structured recommendations on which projects to advance.
  • Audit and suggest improvements to the BD pipeline and qualification frameworks.
  • Help identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve conversion rates.
  • Recommend best practices for lead scoring, prioritization, and tracking.
  • Advise on partnership structures, deal terms, and negotiation approaches.
  • Support complex or high-value deals where strategic input is required.
  • Provide guidance on aligning expectations with external studios.
  • Share insights on market trends, emerging genres, and developer ecosystems.
  • Contribute to shaping Accelerator sourcing priorities and greenlight criteria.
  • Recommend improvements to testing frameworks and product filters.
  • Part-time, flexible engagement (advisory + selective hands-on involvement).
  • Focus on impact over volume — prioritizing high-value opportunities and decisions.
  • Close collaboration with leadership, Publishing, UA, and Product teams.
  • Participation in key syncs (e.g., pipeline reviews, strategic discussions) as needed.
  • 5+ years of experience in mobile gaming (publishing, BD, UA, product, or partnerships).
  • Strong industry network and ability to identify high-potential studios.
  • Deep understanding of game performance drivers (retention, LTV, CPI, monetization).
  • Strategic mindset with experience building or advising on BD functions.
  • Comfortable operating as an advisor: independent, structured, and outcome-focused.
  • Strong communicator, able to influence founders and senior stakeholders.
