• The Dishwasher position is a support role within the Culinary Team. Their primary responsibility is to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, adhering to all protocols for the sanitization of caféwares.

• →·Sanitize the caféwares and kitchen utensils following all sanitization guidelines.
• → Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing station.
• →Transport trash/refuse to appropriate bins both inside and outside of building.
• →Handle café wares with care.
• →Receive and apply feedback effectively, demonstrating adaptability.
• →Build strong interpersonal connections with team members of all skill levels.

• Able to work a schedule that includes Tuesday & Thursday thru Saturdays.
• Specialty coffee experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation with the ability to travel between locations.
• Availability for nights and weekends.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and resourcefulness.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to take direction.
