About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Selling Sales Manager to lead from the front while driving revenue and developing a high-performing sales team. This is a hands-on role ideal for a leader who thrives on closing deals while coaching others in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Review appointments scheduled by the Inside Sales Team
- Run a minimum of 5 leads per week alongside sales reps for hands-on training
- Assist reps in-home by supporting the closing process when needed
- Track and review performance to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- Handle cancel-save appointments to recover potential sales
- Partner with the rehash team to maximize closing opportunities
- Lead ongoing training sessions to develop and strengthen the team
- Set clear expectations and keep the team aligned with company goals
- 5+ years of successful home improvement sales experience (1-Day Concept preferred)
- 2+ years of sales management experience preferred
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Comfortable with technology (iPads, digital contracts, etc.)
