About the role
The primary focus is delivering high level cross-divisional and cross-country service and superior customer satisfaction to Sales & Marketing organizations. Central team within the Center of Excellence serves as a point of contact for the business, internal customers, agencies, and other functions by providing coordination, execution and administrative support in the assigned functional area, in order to relieve the sales teams of administrative details and to create efficiency, process consistency and alignment across Europe always in compliance with internal policies, guidelines and procedures. The role has no or limited interactions with HCPs.
Your Responsibilities:
* Processing Sales & Marketing Requests for selected Healthcare Professionals’ interactions, events, and activities in the Internal system.
* Keeping close relation and communication with key stakeholders to provide the best possible service
* Internal knowledge database maintenance
* Being a point of contact for selected countries´ Sales & Mkt teams and local PCO (Country MedTech Orgs), preferred vendors and conference organizers, providing information, answering queries related to established policies and procedures. Directing people to the appropriate resource
* Managing various tasks to make sure agreed leadtimes and KPIs are met
* Taking care of the overall process flow to make sure teams in collaboration follow agreed deadlines and procedures
* Ensuring awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet, comply and champion all quality and regulatory commitments
* Providing support/guidance, training within the Team and collaborating with Business Support team members when needed
* Developing internal documents and administrative procedures when needed
* Proposing and implementing process enhancements
What are we looking for in you?
* Experience in a similar role in Shared Services/BPO or in the administrative department is preferred
* Fluent German and English;
* Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) knowledge & digital tools will be valued. Meeting and event, planning & organization, experience will be a plus. Confidentiality
* Highly organized (prioritize and time management), high attention to detail, accurate,
* Process-orientation and process improvement mindset
