About the Role

The Human Resources Generalist supports day-to-day HR operations with a strong emphasis on full-cycle recruiting for professional and technical roles. This role is responsible for driving talent acquisition strategies, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience, and supporting key HR programs including onboarding, HRIS administration, employee engagement, and compliance.

 

The HR Generalist serves as a key partner to hiring managers and leadership, helping to attract, develop, and retain talent while promoting a positive and compliant work environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for professional and technical roles, from intake through offer
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, timelines, and candidate profiles
  • Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other tools
  • Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process
  • Facilitate recruiting kick-off meetings and provide regular updates to hiring managers and leadership
  • Manage relationships with third-party recruiting agencies and evaluate performance and ROI
  • Administer pre-employment assessments and prepare candidate summaries
  • Track recruiting metrics, expenses, and effectiveness of sourcing strategies
  • Lead and manage the Employee Referral Program, including communication, tracking, and payouts
  • Partner with Marketing to promote open roles across social media and employer branding channels
  • Support onboarding and deliver a positive new hire experience, including orientation coordination
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and programs
  • Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate reports to support business decisions
  • Assist with internship program recruiting and coordination
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting and HR processes, tools, and candidate experience
  • Support compliance with employment laws and company policies

 

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting and/or broader Human Resources experience required, with experience supporting professional-level hiring strongly preferred
  • Experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
