About the Role
~1 min readThe Human Resources Generalist supports day-to-day HR operations with a strong emphasis on full-cycle recruiting for professional and technical roles. This role is responsible for driving talent acquisition strategies, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience, and supporting key HR programs including onboarding, HRIS administration, employee engagement, and compliance.
The HR Generalist serves as a key partner to hiring managers and leadership, helping to attract, develop, and retain talent while promoting a positive and compliant work environment.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead full-cycle recruiting for professional and technical roles, from intake through offer
- →Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, timelines, and candidate profiles
- →Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other tools
- →Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process
- →Facilitate recruiting kick-off meetings and provide regular updates to hiring managers and leadership
- →Manage relationships with third-party recruiting agencies and evaluate performance and ROI
- →Administer pre-employment assessments and prepare candidate summaries
- →Track recruiting metrics, expenses, and effectiveness of sourcing strategies
- →Lead and manage the Employee Referral Program, including communication, tracking, and payouts
- →Partner with Marketing to promote open roles across social media and employer branding channels
- →Support onboarding and deliver a positive new hire experience, including orientation coordination
- →Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and programs
- →Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate reports to support business decisions
- →Assist with internship program recruiting and coordination
- →Identify opportunities to improve recruiting and HR processes, tools, and candidate experience
- →Support compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting and/or broader Human Resources experience required, with experience supporting professional-level hiring strongly preferred
- Experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- HR certification (SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
