They are looking for an experienced, commercially minded Senior Manager to play a key role in establishing and running a new commercial office. This individual will take the lead in driving revenue growth through proactive business development, delivering strategic commercial initiatives, and acting as a central point of control to ensure the team consistently achieves its KPIs.
The position calls for a strategic thinker with strong leadership, client management, and business development skills, combined with the operational expertise needed to build and scale effective commercial structures from the ground up.
Responsibilities
~2 min read• Partner with leadership to design and establish the operational and commercial infrastructure of the office. This includes developing key assets - such as structured proposal templates and case studies - and delivering them through a modern, digital solution to streamline onboarding, proposals, and conversion processes.
• Support the onboarding and coordination of commercial and working group team members, acting as a central point of control to track actions and ensure KPI delivery, including execution of the target visit calendar.
• Oversee pipeline activity, coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure CRM and reporting systems remain accurate and up to date, alongside maintaining consistent and high-quality reporting of business development efforts.
• Drive deal conversion by actively supporting pipeline progression, analysing conversion timelines across funnel stages, and identifying opportunities to accelerate outcomes.
• Implement governance frameworks and compliance processes aligned with internal policies and external regulations, ensuring growth is delivered responsibly without unnecessary constraint.
• Monitor and report on performance using data from HubSpot and insights from working group meetings, ensuring alignment with broader strategic objectives.
• Contribute to the development and execution of a strategic commercial plan focused on revenue growth and client expansion.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and service offerings in line with growth ambitions.
• Lead the preparation of commercial pitches and develop effective pricing strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, compliance, and legal teams to shape compelling client value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
• Partner with F&P to ensure pricing models are accurately reflected across product and service offerings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• Proficiency in HubSpot or a similar CRM platform is essential.
• Proven experience in a commercial, business development, or client relationship role, ideally within TCSP, Funds, or advisory sectors.
• Strong understanding of corporate structuring and the TCSP landscape.
• Demonstrated success in managing high-net-worth private clients and/or corporate accounts.
• Solid grasp of commercial strategy, pricing models, and revenue generation.
• Experience in establishing or scaling a new business or office function is highly advantageous.
