Vacation Ownership Sales Closer (T.O.)

Capital Vacations is seeking a high-performing, licensed sales closer to join our Voyage Sales Team. This role is designed for experienced professionals who know how to build value, overcome objections, and confidently close sales.

As a Voyage Sales Closer, you'll work with qualified new owners and guests after their initial presentation, introducing our exclusive 10-Year Voyage Travel Membership. You'll guide guests through the benefits of the program, recommend the best travel solution for their lifestyle, and close the sale while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• →Present and sell the Capital Vacations 10-Year Voyage Travel Membership.
• →Meet with qualified new owners and guests following their initial sales presentation.
• →Build value in the Voyage program and tailor recommendations to each guest's travel goals.
• →Conduct resort tours and showcase the benefits of Capital Vacations ownership.
• →Confidently overcome objections and close sales.
• →Partner with leadership to review financing options and finalize purchases.
• →Deliver a first-class customer experience from start to finish.

• Active Florida Real Estate License (required).
• Proven track record as a strong closer in a commission-based sales environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive to exceed goals.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
