Financial Management: Support day-to-day financial operations, including processing payments, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and maintaining financial records. Budgeting: Assist in the development and monitoring of organizational budgets, including project budgets and operational budgets, to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and funding requirements. Donor Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for donors, ensuring compliance with donor regulations and reporting requirements. Grants Compliance: Ensure compliance with donor regulations, organizational policies, and legal requirements related to grants management and financial operations. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work independently and part of a team, with a positive and collaborative attitude. Strong interpersonal skills in collaboration and coordination. Strong communication/presentation skills. Demonstrated capacity to work with minimum supervision.
