This role ensures compliance with food safety standards and operational procedures while maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and efficiency. The Line Cook operates kitchen equipment, supports event preparation, and contributes to a positive guest experience through excellent food service.

Responsibilities

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; three to six months of experience in food and beverage operations, customer service, or hospitality required. 

ServSafe Food Handler Certification or equivalent preferred

 

Hours vary according to the game and event schedule, which will include weekends and some holidays.
