At Change Grow Live, we're using digital innovation to make support more accessible, responsive and effective for the people who need it most.

As our new Digital Engagement Team Leader, you'll play a key role in leading that journey.

You'll inspire and support a team delivering life-changing interventions through digital channels, helping people access high-quality support wherever they are.

 

Digital engagement is transforming the way people connect with support services.

This role gives you the opportunity to lead a talented team, influence how digital services evolve and help create better experiences for thousands of people accessing our services.

You'll work at the intersection of people, leadership and innovation, creating an environment where colleagues can thrive and service users receive outstanding support. 

Responsibilities

You'll provide leadership to a team of Digital Engagement Workers, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support is delivered through telephone, virtual and digital channels. 

Along the way, you'll:

  • Lead, coach and develop a geographically dispersed team.
  • Create a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture.
  • Drive service quality, performance and continuous improvement.
  • Use insight, feedback and data to improve outcomes.
  • Champion safe, accessible and inclusive digital support.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, partners and stakeholders.
  • Support the development of innovative digital ways of working.
  • Help shape the future of digital engagement across Change Grow Live. 

 

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and any associated payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

Where applicable, London Weighting will be determined by your contractual service base.

You're someone who knows that great leadership is about creating the conditions for others to succeed.

You're comfortable leading through change, building trusted relationships and bringing people together around a shared purpose.

You'll likely bring:

  • Experience leading teams within health, social care, wellbeing or related services.
  • Experience managing performance, quality and service improvement.
  • Confidence leading remote, hybrid or geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience using data and insight to drive decision-making.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding, governance and risk management. 

Most importantly, you'll believe in the potential of people and be passionate about helping others achieve positive change.
