Sales Representative

From mechanical system analysis and standard energy retrofits, to the installation of complex and integrated protocol systems, we deliver state-of-the-art expertise and customer-centered service.

Havel is looking for a Temperature Controls Sales Representative. In this position, you will be responsible for selling building automation system add-ons, upgrades, and installations to General Growth Properties by providing innovative solutions, timely quotations and accurate estimates.

• →Annually quote, book and achieve gross margins goals.
• →Accurately estimate the true lowest cost to provide the organization the opportunity to be as competitive as possible.
• →Properly control total cost so that the Division operates profitably.
• →Maintain monthly planning calendar to provide a means of tracking projects.

• 1 to 3 years of sales experience in a related business preferred with a proven, verifiable, successful record of accomplishment.
• We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must have excellent people and communication skills and have the ability to persuade and close sales.
• Have the ability to handle a variety of situations encountered during sales processes.
• Proven record of sales capabilities.
• Must be willing to travel on a regular basis
• Excellent communicator, self-motivated individual with great organizational skills.
• Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required

Compensation: $80,000-120,000k salary plus sales commission
