Requirements

As an Talent Specialist Lead, you will be enrolled on our EMEA Management Development Programme and receive dedicated time to support your development. With in-house training and dedicated coaching from leaders as well as tailored online learning modules, you will receive ample professional development to support your career growth.
Responsibilities
~1 min readYou will lead a Talent Delivery team predominantly made up of recruiters. Alongside
your role as a high performer in identifying, interviewing, screening, and presenting high-quality talent within your specialist areas, you will also be responsible for your team's day-to-day management and performance. This will include being a point of contact, running team meetings, developing your team through structured coaching, role distribution, and being the conduit between the Sales team and Talent team.

~1 min read- →Conduct structured 1-to-1 coaching and focused demonstrations to upskill team

- →Lead daily team meetings to drive business forward and ensure delivery outcomes are met
- →Be responsible for supporting the team’s effectiveness in planning and executing high quality work on a weekly basis to ensure all contractors receive a consistent and high-quality experience
- →Maintain a strong network of your own contractors that can be easily searched to identify potential talent that is qualified and aligned to new requirement openings
- →Utilise a range of technology platforms to stay ahead of the curve in talent sourcing and deliver an outstanding experience for our clients
