Responsibilities

→Provide compassionate patient nursing and technical care
→Assist veterinarians during exams, treatments, surgeries, and procedures
→Monitor anesthesia and support surgical and dental procedures
→Educate clients on treatments, preventative care, and patient needs
→Anticipate the needs of DVM staff to support efficient workflow and teamwork
→Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation
→Support hospitalized patient care and treatment plans
→Share knowledge and collaborate with fellow team members

Minimum of 2 years of veterinary experience or graduation from a Veterinary Technician program
Licensed Veterinary Technician credential preferred but not required
Strong technical and patient care skills
Excellent communication and client service abilities
Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
Confidence in taking ownership of responsibilities and supporting the team
Compassion for patients, clients, and coworkers
Dedication to continued learning and professional development
