Requirements

8+ years of production planning/scheduling experience, including 3+ years leading teams.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Expertise owning the SIOP/S&OP process and mid-term capacity planning.
Strong knowledge of MRP, ERP and advanced-planning systems.
Proven ability to balance demand and capacity to maximize service while optimizing inventory.
Strong analytical, leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
APICS certification (CPIM) preferred.
Experience in high-growth or fast-paced manufacturing environments.
