Are you a self-starter who thrives on independence, relationship-building, and life on the open road? We’re looking for a driven Territory Representative to take ownership of an established and growing sales territory representing leading products in the kitchen, bath, cabinetry, and building products industry.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a territory already generating over $2.3M in annual sales, with the runway and support to potentially double that volume. If you enjoy being your own boss, building long-term customer relationships, and controlling your own success, this could be the right fit.
What You’ll Do
We welcome candidates from:
Location: Greater Sioux Falls / Omaha / Sioux City Region
Territory Coverage: South Dakota, Nebraska, and Western Iowa (with potential expansion into Des Moines)
Are you a self-starter who thrives on independence, relationship-building, and life on the open road? We’re looking for a driven Territory Representative to take ownership of an established and growing sales territory representing leading products in the kitchen, bath, cabinetry, and building products industry.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a territory already generating over $2.3M in annual sales, with the runway and support to potentially double that volume. If you enjoy being your own boss, building long-term customer relationships, and controlling your own success, this could be the right fit.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and grow relationships with:
- Cabinet manufacturers
- Kitchen & bath design firms
- Dealer and distributor locations
- OEM accounts
- Manage and expand an established multi-state territory
- Drive territory growth through consultative sales and relationship development
- Maintain regular customer visits and road travel throughout the region
- Attend major industry trade shows and manufacturer events
- Work independently while collaborating closely with ownership and leadership
- Existing book of business producing immediate income potential
- Uncapped earnings with significant growth upside
- Independent 1099 structure with flexibility and autonomy
- Run your own schedule and manage your territory your way
- Leadership support and mentorship during onboarding and ramp-up
- Opportunity to build a long-term career with a respected and growing agency
- Be part of a strategic growth and succession initiative within the business
- Strong commission structure with manufacturer incentive programs
- Year 1 should realistically earn $100K+
- High performers can realistically earn $150K+
- Ramp and onboarding support provided
- Coverage/support for business expenses such as:
- Vehicle usage
- Fuel/travel
- Trade show expenses
- Major industry events and trade shows fully covered
- Industry experience within cabinetry, kitchen & bath, building products, or related fields
- Comfortable with extensive regional travel and road-based selling
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong self-motivation
- Ability to develop and nurture long-term customer relationships
- Independent rep mentality with strong ownership mindset
- Preferred: Existing LLC or willingness to establish one within the first few months
- Approximately 35,000–40,000 miles annually
- Typically 2–4 overnight stays per month
- Most weeks involve 3 days on the road visiting customers
