We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide quality patient care in clinical, home, and community-based settings. This role supports patient care under the direction of a physician or registered nurse.

This position may require flexibility, including rotating shifts, evenings, and weekends. Work is performed in environments where exposure to illness, disease, and high-demand situations may occur.

Responsibilities

  • Provide practical nursing care to patients and clients
  • Support physicians and registered nurses in delivering care
  • Monitor patient conditions and report updates
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams

Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Maryland or a Multi-State Licensure Compact license
  • Knowledge of practical nursing practices and standards
  • Ability to provide quality patient care
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records
  • Ability to work effectively with healthcare teams and patients

Requirements

  • Must be willing to complete a criminal background check and/or fingerprinting if selected
  • Selected candidates must complete a six-month probationary period
  • Education must be from an accredited institution (international education must be evaluated for U.S. equivalency)
