Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse
OR
Associate degree in Nursing and four (4) years of clinical nursing experience

Must hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Maryland or a Multi-State Licensure Compact license

Strong understanding of nursing practices, procedures, and professional standards
Knowledge of community health resources and services
Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate community health programs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
Organizational and administrative capabilities

Selected candidates must complete a six-month probationary period
Education must be obtained from an accredited institution (international degrees must be evaluated for U.S. equivalency)
