We are looking for a skilled and proactive Salesforce Administrator with proven experience managing and optimizing Salesforce Service Cloud.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, strong technical skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to support business processes and drive CRM efficiency. They are looking for a Salesforce All rounder and will be integral to the success of Salesforce within the business.
The client is an Australasian based company with 140 Salesforce users across the Australasia and the Philippines. Salesforce has been implemented for 18 months and they are increasing Salesforce functionality and users.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Administer and maintain Salesforce platform, including user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules and security settings.
- →Design, implement, manage, and test automations using Flow.
- →Process Documentation
- →Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- →Perform regular data audits, to ensure data integrity across the system.
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
- →Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend relevant updates or features.
- →User Support, both for existing features and implementing new features

- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator with Service Cloud
- Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem
- Proficiency in report and dashboard creation, data management, and automation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Salesforce certification(s)
- Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, and Visualforce is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile environments using project management tools like Jira or Asana.
