Bessie - Duty Manager - Full Time

The Role

We're on the hunt for highly skilled managers with the potential to be future leaders of the company. If you feel like you've hit the ceiling in your current role or are looking for a change with rapid progression in hospitality then you've come to the right place. You will learn everything you need to know to run a successful hospitality business with us. 

Key Responsibilities

• Managing Bessie shifts
• Taking ownership of 'ROYALS' our upstairs private function space, formally know as Engineers
• Ensure the environment within the site is always top notch
• Guarantee the customer journey for your outlet is being followed by all team members
• Make sure quality of products, plus waiting times exceed expectation
• Take responsibility for daily/ weekly procedures including ordering, receiving and stock take.
• Lead your team, provide feedback and set a high example by always operating above the line

Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required

• 3-5 years experience in a hospitality venue with a team of bigger than 5, ideally you've managed teams of over 10
• Excellent presentation and strong clear communication
• Leadership, energy and enthusiasm, if you've been a leader in a sports team, school, university or volunteer organisation that is great.
• A managers certificate or LCQ is required
• You're looking for a long term career in hospitality
