Responsibilities

→Evaluate, support, and test vendor-supplied software packages for compatibility with existing systems.
→Research and understand the setup and functionality of available software modules, recommending process changes for better utilization.
→Assist in planning and modifying Salesforce configurations in collaboration with the Salesforce Health Cloud Administrator.
→Design UI and workflows according to business needs.
→Analyze, design, and develop code for system interfaces and data integration services using Salesforce APIs.
→Convert logical designs into program code and participate in code reviews.
→Serve as a resource and provide escalation assistance to entry-level developers.
→Provide daily support to end-users with system issues and perform debugging tasks.
→Coordinate communication between departments for seamless application functionality.
→Develop and conduct system and program testing, ensuring necessary code revisions are made.
→Prepare technical reports and instructional manuals for program development documentation.
→Participate in Agile Project Management activities, including Scrum meetings and sprint planning.
→Provide on-call support and perform other assigned duties.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
U.S. Citizenship and ability to receive a favorable DoD background investigation.
5+ years of general application development and support experience.
3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Health Cloud and DevOps toolset.
Proficiency with JavaScript, Flows, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOAP, and REST.
Experience in an agile environment using tools like Jira.
Strong communication skills for both technical and business audiences.

Nice to Have

7+ years of general application development and support experience.
4 years of experience in Salesforce Health Cloud and DevOps practices.
Salesforce Platform App Builder, Developer I, and Developer II Certifications.
Experience with Aura framework, OmniScript, Salesforce Lightning Web Components, and Einstein Analytics.
Technical experience with healthcare systems or government contract systems.
Strong team-building and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a high-intensity environment.
