About the Role
~1 min readThe Grants Officer supports the delivery of grant programs by providing advice and administrative support across funding processes, policies and procedures. It helps ensure grant programs are managed in a way that is accurate, consistent and transparent, while contributing to broader program outcomes.
Working in a fast-paced environment, the role manages competing priorities and a high volume of work. It involves responding to stakeholder enquiries, maintaining accurate records, supporting compliance and governance requirements, and contributing to reporting, research and continuous improvement

- Demonstrated experience providing clear and accurate advice to stakeholders on processes, policies and requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to convey information clearly in plain English
- Excellent attention to detail, with proven experience maintaining accurate records, data and documentation
- Demonstrated commitment to integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive or complex matters
- Proficiency in supporting compliance, governance and audit requirements within established policy frameworks
- Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated experience preparing reports, briefings and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- Excellent customer service skills, with proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver practical solutions
