Dynamo AI is a Series A AI governance and cybersecurity platform serving major banks, asset managers, and insurers. Focused on model risk, data privacy, and AI compliance in regulated environments, Dynamo has strong traction with enterprise BFSI customers and is moving toward a Series B.

About the Role

This is a senior enterprise sales role owning complex, multi-stakeholder deals across banking, financial services, and insurance. You will run full-cycle sales from prospecting through close and expansion, working directly with founders and leadership. You'll inherit high-value named accounts alongside greenfield territory and drive value-based sales focused on risk reduction, compliance, and ROI in AI deployment.

  • Own enterprise deals end to end across BFSI accounts
  • Manage named accounts and develop new business opportunities
  • Run consultative, value-based sales motions
  • Engage directly with CISOs, CIOs, CROs, and Heads of Risk, Compliance, and AI Governance
  • Drive $2M annual quota with $250K–$500K average contract values
  • Manage long sales cycles of 6–12 months
  • Travel to client sites as needed

  • Track record of closing multiple 7-figure ARR deals
  • Experience selling into BFSI organizations
  • Strong relationships with C-level security and IT stakeholders
  • Ability to navigate complex procurement and regulatory environments
  • Experience with value-based selling frameworks

Nice to Have

  • Experience at companies like Palo Alto Networks, Splunk, CrowdStrike, or Okta
  • Experience selling automation or AI platforms
  • Exposure to AI governance or model risk buyers
  • Candidates without 7-figure deal experience
  • Pure startup backgrounds without structured sales training
  • Mid-market or SMB-focused experience only
