Whether leading the kitchen or supporting the Kitchen Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering smooth service and unforgettable guest experiences.

🤔 What will you be doing?

  As Kitchen Manager, you will be:

• Leading all kitchen operations and ensuring Hard Rock quality standards
• Managing, mentoring, and inspiring the kitchen team
• Overseeing food preparation, quality control, and presentation
• Handling inventory, stock rotation, ordering, and cost control
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Working closely with senior management to optimize kitchen performance

  As Assistant Kitchen Manager, you will be:

• Assisting in managing day-to-day kitchen operations
• Supporting and motivating the kitchen crew
• Overseeing food prep, quality, and presentation
• Helping manage stock, inventory, and kitchen organization
• Ensuring all food safety, hygiene, and health standards are met
• Collaborating with the Kitchen Manager to keep the kitchen running like a well-tuned guitar

🧠 What skills should you bring?

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or Assistant Kitchen Manager in a high-volume environment
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Deep understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and team dynamics
• Passion for quality, consistency, and unforgettable guest experiences
• Fluent English (other languages are a bonus)
• Flexibility with shifts, including evenings and weekends
