As part of our team at Lifestyle Group, you’ll assist in delivering exceptional service at some of Malta’s most iconic and diverse restaurant brands, several of which are featured in the Michelin Guide. Our momentum is only growing, positioning us as one of the island’s leading destinations for career growth in the hospitality sector.


In 2026, we are elevating Malta’s dining and lifestyle scene even further with the arrival of internationally celebrated concepts. These include Bagatelle, the world-renowned beach club and dining destination; and Paradiso, ranked among the Top 50 cocktail bars globally. We are also introducing Tatel, the acclaimed Spanish restaurant loved worldwide. In addition, a high-end Korean BBQ concept which we will be excited to tell you more about. We are currently recruiting:

  • Social Media Executive


Description:

We are seeking a creative and commercially minded Social Media Executive to manage and grow the digital presence of our hospitality venues, including premium restaurants and beach clubs. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement through social media channels, with a focus on seasonal activations.

The ideal candidate understands lifestyle branding, visual storytelling and how to translate atmosphere, food and experience into compelling social content.


Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy and Management

  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with revenue targets, seasonal programming and events
  • Manage daily activity across Instagram and Facebook
  • Maintain a consistent brand tone of voice and visual identity
  • Identify and implement relevant content trends within hospitality and lifestyle sectors

Content Creation and Design

  • Create short-form video content including Reels and TikToks
  • Design graphics, menus, event visuals and promotional materials using Canva or Adobe Suite
  • Edit and optimise content for platform-specific performance
  • Coordinate professional photo and video shoots when required

Performance and Reporting

  • Monitor analytics and track KPIs including engagement, reach and booking impact
  • Produce monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
  • Adjust strategy based on performance data and audience behaviour

Influencer and Community Management

  • Identify and manage influencer collaborations aligned with brand positioning
  • Coordinate hosted visits and content partnerships
  • Engage actively with the online community through comments and direct messages
  • Encourage and reshare user-generated content

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably within hospitality or lifestyle sectors
  • Strong content creation skills including photography and short-form video
  • Proficiency in Canva or Adobe for design and visual asset creation
  • Understanding of Instagram and TikTok best practices
  • Strong aesthetic awareness aligned with premium lifestyle brands
  • Ability to write engaging captions and promotional copy
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and Meta Business Suite
  • Flexible availability for evening or weekend content capture when required
