About the Role
~1 min read- Deliver effective and efficient services to customers ensuring office spaces are prepared, furniture is moved, and equipment is set-up
- Arrange for the storage or disposal of surplus furniture and equipment, ensuring it is handled according to university policies
- Ensure a high-level of customer service, adhere to all quality requirements and participate in reviews of work practices to identify opportunities
- Administer electronic access control systems, including the management of keys and access permissions for contractors and staff, ensuring security and compliance with university policies
- Provide support and advice in relation to DeakinCard ensuring proper registration and functionality and assist with troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to DeakinCard
- Completion of a Degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or
- Completion of an Associate Diploma and at least two years subsequent relevant work experience; or
- Completion of a Post-Trades Certificate or Advanced Certificate and extensive relevant experience as a Technician; or
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
- Experience in property services and/or the provision of efficient and effective services to customers
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety requirements
