Real Estate Business Development Manager (Expansion)

• Define the real estate development vision and strategy for your territory using market data, geo-marketing insights, and competitive analysis.

• Design and implement a multi-format retail network to support Decathlon’s expansion.

• Lead end-to-end real estate projects: site search, feasibility studies, financial planning, lease negotiation, legal coordination, and project delivery.

• Drive relocation projects by evaluating alternative sites for improved performance and efficiency.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities and government stakeholders.

• Track performance of newly opened stores against forecasts.

• Identify and execute optimization initiatives including downsizing, enlargements, and sustainable development projects.
