Support and operationalize weekly forecasting cadences across the Americas organization
Own forecasting methodologies, inspection frameworks, and performance tracking approaches
Analyze forecast movements, pipeline trends, attainment performance, and execution patterns
Partner with Sales leadership to identify risks, gaps, upside opportunities, and areas requiring intervention
Drive forecasting consistency and accountability across regions, segments, and leadership teams
Deliver insights on pipeline creation, progression, conversion, and overall business health
Identify trends, performance drivers, operational bottlenecks, and execution gaps
Develop KPI frameworks and scorecards that measure pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, productivity, and operational performance
Provide actionable recommendations to improve execution consistency and revenue outcomes
Support pipeline inspection and business reviews with meaningful, data-driven insights
Build and support executive reporting cadences including forecast reviews, operating reviews, and QBRs
Create executive-ready dashboards, scorecards, presentations, and performance summaries
Translate complex business trends into concise insights, risks, recommendations, and next steps
Help leadership teams drive accountability through clear performance visibility and operational metrics
Continuously refine forecasting methodologies, reporting logic, and performance measurement approaches
Establish scalable processes and operating rhythms that improve predictability and execution consistency
Partner with Sales Leadership to align on KPI definitions, inspection expectations, and reporting standards
Support strategic initiatives tied to forecasting, pipeline management, and performance optimization
Partner closely with Sales, Finance, SDR, Marketing, and GTM Operations teams
Support operational initiatives tied to forecasting, pipeline management, and business performance
Assist with leadership analysis, strategic projects, and operational decision support
Help drive alignment between performance reporting, business priorities, and execution expectations
4 – 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or GTM Operations in a B2B SaaS or high-growth environment
Strong experience supporting forecasting, pipeline management, and business performance cadences
Deep understanding of forecasting methodologies, sales KPIs, pipeline analytics, and operational performance management
Proven ability to translate complex business data into actionable insights and recommendations
Experience building executive reporting, scorecards, dashboards, and performance summaries
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Ability to influence operational rigor and accountability across leadership teams
Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience supporting executive-level business reviews
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Advanced experience with Salesforce, Clari, Power BI, Excel, and GTM reporting tools
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and business partnership mindset
