Dealerships move fast—and we're looking for an Account Manager who can keep up. Someone who connects easily with people, follows through, and turns a client relationship into a lasting partnership.

In this remote role, you'll be the go-to contact for dealership accounts, working with owners, general managers, and department leaders to understand their goals, solve challenges, and help them get more value from our partnership.

Responsibilities

  • →Own the relationship. Build trust with dealership clients through consistent communication and dependable follow-through.
  • →Get new accounts rolling. Coordinate onboarding, set expectations, and help clients start strong.
  • →Know what matters. Understand each dealership's priorities, challenges, and definition of success.
  • →Make every conversation count. Lead account reviews that connect results to practical next steps.
  • →Solve problems. Work with internal teams to answer questions, resolve issues, and keep commitments on track.
  • →Spot opportunities. Identify ways to expand partnerships when additional solutions fit a client's needs.
  • →Stay ahead of the curve. Recognize account risks early and take action to support retention.
  • →Keep the details tight. Maintain accurate account notes, activities, and follow-ups in the CRM.
  • Experience in account management, customer success, or relationship-driven sales.
  • Automotive industry experience, preferably working directly with dealerships or supporting them through a vendor or service provider.
  • An understanding of dealership operations and the people who make them run.
  • Strong communication skills—you're comfortable leading a video call, discussing results, and navigating a tough conversation.
  • A proactive approach. You don't wait for a client to chase you.
  • The organization and self-discipline to manage multiple accounts in a remote environment.
  • Confidence using CRM systems, video conferencing, and everyday business tools.
