Category & Store Solutions Consulting Lead

We’re looking for a Category & Store Solutions Consulting Analyst who expects more from their career. It’s a chance to bring good Product & Solutions experience, coupled with retail customer data and insights knowledge to the client in order to bring incremental value-added features to the product, evolve our product suite and drive a strong product mindset and culture across the organization. Specifically, work closely with Product, Engineering and Science teams on a day to day basis to resolve challenges and ensure that we are proposing, building and delivering relevant and compelling products and solutions. 

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject 
• Manage implementation of new processes, tools, and solutions including performance UAT with the client and as part of a large team environment
• Develop and publish GTM enhancement overviews, product training content, and release updates for new feature launches across internal and client-facing channels 
• Lead release share-outs and solution demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders, providing clear technical guidance on product capabilities and driving a culture of execution excellence through strong communication and follow-up 
• Conduct user research, gather and synthesize requirements, manage the product backlog, and support the Product Manager in capturing and actioning stakeholder feedback. 
• Translate product usage data into insights with clear, actionable recommendations for improvements and growth.

 Preferred experience: 

• Experience using customer data analytics software and solutions- in particular, assortment optimization products- would be a plus.
