Perennial Services is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Turf Routing Manager to oversee and execute turf care services in our new satellite location. This role combines hands-on turf maintenance with leadership and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality service delivery, maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth and efficiency of the turf operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Route Management:

· Operate and manage a daily turf care route, including lawn treatments, fertilization, weed control, and pest management.

· Ensure timely and efficient service delivery across all scheduled properties.

· Maintain accurate records of services performed, materials used, and customer interactions.

· Other duties as assigned

Customer Service:

· Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and urgency.

· Educate clients on turf care practices and recommend services to improve lawn health.

Operational Excellence:

· Monitor turf conditions and diagnose issues such as disease, drought stress, or pest infestations.

· Safely operate and maintain turf care equipment and vehicles.

· Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.

Team Collaboration:

· Coordinate with the main office to optimize scheduling, communication and resource allocation.

· Assist in training new team members as needed.

Qualifications:

· Prior experience in turf management, landscaping, or lawn care services.

· Strong customer service and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

· Knowledge of turf care products and application techniques (certifications preferred).

Preferred Skills:

· Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

· Familiarity with CRM or route management software.

· Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Physical Requirements
The role of a Turf Routing Manager involves strenuous physical activity and requires the ability to:

• Perform heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying of objects weighing over 50 pounds.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and rain.
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods.
• Operate and maintain turf related equipment
• Follow safety protocols to mitigate exposure to potential hazards, including chemicals and machinery.
• This position demands physical stamina, attention to detail, and adherence to safety standards to ensure the successful maintenance of turf and field conditions
