We are seeking an HR Operations Intern to join our team. This role is a fantastic entry point for someone eager to learn the mechanics of a global HR department. You will play a vital role in maintaining our "single source of truth" for employee data and helping us provide a seamless experience for our teams worldwide. 

• Curious Learner: You are interested in how HR technology—like BambooHR and Lever—can improve the employee experience. 
• Detail-Oriented: You enjoy organizing information and have a sharp eye for spotting discrepancies in data. 
• Collaborative Spirit: You believe in the "One Team, One Dream" mindset and are excited to help colleagues across different functions succeed. 
• Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable working with spreadsheets and are quick to learn new software platforms. 

• Global Data Maintenance: Assist with data entry and audits in BambooHR to ensure our personnel records remain accurate and secure. 
• Ticket Management: Support the HR Service Desk by triaging incoming employee questions and directing them to the appropriate team members. 
• Recruitment Coordination: Assist with the administrative side of the hiring process within the Lever ATS, helping to keep candidate data organized. 
• Process Documentation: Work with the team to update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that ensure consistency and compliance in everything we do.
