## Join our Team ### About this opportunity We are looking for an Intern AI Agent Engineer to support data-driven analysis of radio network performance. In this role, you will work at the intersection of radio systems and AI/data analytics, helping transform network data into actionable insights that improve product performance, configuration efficiency, and decision-making. This position is ideal for someone interested in AI applications in telecom networks, data engineering, and automation. ### What you will do • Collect and process radio network data (PM, CM, RDC logs) from field and production environments • Ensure proper integration of multi-technology data (2G, 3G, 4G, and emerging 5G/6G systems) • Validate and preprocess datasets to ensure data quality and consistency • Perform statistical analysis and trend analysis on radio KPIs to identify anomalies and optimization opportunities • Build dashboards and automated reports for stakeholders • Support performance validation and product quality monitoring using real network data • Use analytics and automation tools (e.g., ENM, ProActive, OpenSearch, Python, Jupyter) • Support development of automated data pipelines for continuous monitoring and reporting • Collaborate with product development, integration teams, and network engineers to translate data insights into improvements • Participate in cross-functional discussions and data-driven improvement initiatives ### The skills you bring • Strong understanding of radio access technologies (RAN, LTE, NR) and telecom network architecture • Familiarity with performance counters, configuration management, and radio data collection processes • Experience with data analysis tools such as Python, SQL, and Excel • Experience with data visualization tools and reporting dashboards • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail • Ability to communicate technical insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Preferred skills • Interest or basic knowledge of AI/ML applications in telecom or network analytics • Experience with KPI optimization, predictive modeling, or data-driven performance analysis • Familiarity with big data platforms, data pipelines, or telecom analytics systems (e.g., RDI data lake, MWC tools) Why join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
