What you will do:
1\. Knowledge about the Ericsson™ Dynamic Activation (EDA) product.
2\. Knowledge about Docker, Kubernetes & Microservice architecture
3\. Knowledge about Linux operating system.
4\. Knowledge about JAVA & J2EE.
5\. Knowledge about Kernel-Based Virtualized Machine (KVM).
6\. Knowledge about VMware.
7\. Knowledge about Ericsson Cloud Execution Environment (ECEE).
8\. Basic understanding of telecom call flows like 2G, 3G, 4G, VoLTE, 5G etc.
9\. Basic understanding of core network elements like HLR, HSS, AUC,CCDM,CCPC,UDM etc.
10\. Functional understanding of EDA – JDV & JCA Implementation, Deployment & Unit testing.
11\. Web Services - SOAP & REST
12\. EDA – Application maintenance - DVE-Application services & Tomcat application server.
13\. Trouble Shooting Skills : Problem identification & analysis, RCA & report preparation.
14\. ITSM management – Incident, Problem, Event & CR management skills - especially Ticketing life cycle.
15\. Experience of Shell script, Python, Ansible, Puppet, Docker/Kubernetes, Docker-Compose, Git, Devops, Linux, Networking.
16\. Cloud Expertise: Certified & Experience in AWS. Azure & other cloud platform exposure will be advantageous.
17\. Database: Experience in DBMS/RDBMS - PostgreSQL, Non-SQL – Cassandra DB. Oracle & Zookeeper databases exposure will be advantageous.
18\. Protocol Understanding: CAI, CAI3G, SOAP,REST, SSH, Telnet, SNMP, TCP/IP, ICMP, HTTP/S & Vendor dependent protocol support.
19\. ETSI Standards: Excellent understanding of ETSI NFV Standards, Tunnelling Protocols, Procedures & flows. Good understanding of ETSI MANO Architecture, Service Orchestration, SDWAN Controller, SD-WAN Orchestration (integration with Dynamic Orchestrator).

1\. Communication and collaboration skills will be paramount importance in your position. Effective and quick response time to all issues is expected, as are excellent analytical, problem-solving, time-management skills, and an awareness of laws regarding data governance and protection.
2\. Proficient at system thinking, anticipating side effects and effective use of strategies to provide workarounds to reduce severities of incidents.
3\. Desire to automate repetitive operational work.
4\. Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom)
Important Note: The resource needs to work in PST time zone
Location - Bangalore, Noida, Kolkata, Pune, Chennai, Gurgaon
Experience - 2-4 years
