Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Req
  • 8+ years of experience in the field or in a related area or possess an equivalent combination of education and experience. Required
  • Experience with SAP, Onestream, Tableau, Power BI Preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel modeling
  • Possession of strong personal code of ethics, including maintaining confidentiality
  • Maintain a high level of curiosity – ability and drive to determine why something happened and how we can adjust in the future, not just what happened Confident, positive attitude, accountable, sets, and meets high expectations
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to build and effectively navigate relationships across GST, especially at the director and VP level.

  • Comfortable in respectfully challenging Senior Management decisions or initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Able to communicate effectively, oral and written, across all levels of the organization
  • Effectively translate financial and operational data concepts to a non-financial or technical audience
  • Ability to apply common sense.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Preferred
  • Forecasting Intermediate-Advanced Required
  • Generally Accepted Accounting Principles Intermediate-Advanced Required
  • Financial Analysis Intermediate-Advanced Required
  • Internal Controls Intermediate-Advanced Required
  • Analytical Skills Analytical Skills refers to the ability to gather, organize, research, and review information in order to draw conclusions and solve complex problems. Intermediate-Advanced Required

  • External Auditing External Auditing is an objective review of the financial statements of a company. Developing-Intermediate Required

Physical and Environmental RequirementsThe physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of the job, the associate is required on a daily basis to analyze and interpret data, communicate, and remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the work day and frequently access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The associate is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The associate must frequently move up to 10 pounds and occasionally move up to 25 pounds.

 

Travel Requirements20% Minimal travel is required for this position (up to 20% of the time and on a domestic basis).
