Sodexo is seeking a Chef Manager for Methodist Hospital - South Lake located in Merrillville, IN.
Sodexo offers a range of services to healthcare facilities, including food, nutrition, environmental, facilities management, healthcare technology management, retail, and patient experience services. Employees at our healthcare sites play a crucial role in enhancing patient experience and well-being
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →oversee food production for café and patient tray line
- →handle food ordering and inventory
- →basic culinary knowledge
- →perform tray assessments to ensure food quality, temperature and tray accuracy
- →achieve company and client financial targets and goals
- →perform functions that include direct supervision of hourly associates including employee development
