As an Outbound Account Executive at Flatworld Philippines, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion. Your primary responsibility will be to engage in B2C sales efforts, nurture leads, and build lasting client relationships, thereby supporting the company’s objectives and ensuring client satisfaction. What You'll Do: Nurture leads and prospects with the aim of converting them into loyal customers. Utilize various marketing strategies to attract and retain customers. Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring optimal customer service and developing future business opportunities. Analyze consumer behavior and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Requirements Proven B2C sales experience. Confident individual with strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Ability to take initiative, work independently, and be a team player. Understanding of consumer behavior and market trends. Creative problem-solver with a strategic mindset.
