- Ingredient Preparation: Measuring and weighing flour, sugar, and other ingredients, preparing fillings, and ensuring accurate measurements.
- Dough and Mix Production: Making doughs for breads, pastries, and cookies, and mixing batters for cakes and other baked goods.
- Baking and Decorating: Operating ovens, baking various products, and decorating cakes and other baked goods.
- Quality Control: Monitoring the quality of ingredients and finished products, ensuring they meet our standards.
- Packaging and Labeling: Wrapping and labeling baked goods for sale or storage.
- Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper storage and rotation.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Cleaning and maintaining the bakery area, including equipment and work surfaces.
- Legendary Hospitality: Assisting customers with orders and providing information about baked goods. Food Safety: Adhering to food safety regulations and procedures.
- Adherence to Brand Standards: Following recipes and procedures, ensuring consistent quality.
- Basic culinary skills, including knowledge of cooking techniques, equipment operation, and food preparation.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, including maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work effectively with other kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage a workstation and maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately, ensuring consistent quality.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
Requirements
