• →Strategically manage freight forwarding and transportation pricing.
• →Develop customized pricing for OOG (oversized & heavy cargo) transport, including Flat Rack (FR), Open Top (OT), and Breakbulk (BB).
• →Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors; negotiate domestic transportation costs (CNTR, Flatbed, OTR) and special equipment rates with carriers.
• →Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to optimize pricing strategies and reduce overweight/oversized cargo costs.
• →Report sales and pricing performance on a daily and weekly basis.
• →Ensure compliance with all internal and external reporting requirements.
• →Continuously expand knowledge of the domestic supply chain, including market conditions, pricing structures, transportation modes, and equipment.

Qualifications:

• →Bilingual in Korean and English required
• →1~5 years of related experience
• →Strong ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• →Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and related tools.
• →Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify insights to improve customer solutions.
• →Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective vendor and carrier management
