Circuit is building the world's first manufacturing-focused AI knowledge and workflow platform. We help industrial and manufacturing enterprises transform how they sell, support, and collaborate with their dealer, distributor, and customer networks, turning complex product data and documentation into actionable, intelligent workflows across partner enablement, CPQ, and technical support.
We have real enterprise traction, a sharp team, and a deliberate technology stack. We're looking for a builder who wants to push it further.
As a Senior GTM Engineer, you'll own the systems and infrastructure that power Circuit's go-to-market motion, and you'll extend them with code where vendors stop short.
This is a hands-on IC role with high ownership. You're joining a team that's opinionated about tooling and has invested in a modern stack (Attio, Clay, Apollo, Outreach, and adjacent platforms). Your job is to get the most out of what we have, integrate it intelligently, and build custom systems where off-the-shelf tools can't deliver what we need.
You'll also be a real partner to sales and marketing on the outbound motion, with strong opinions on how technology and automation can improve conversion at every stage of the funnel. We want someone who looks at a pipeline metric and has a hypothesis about how to move it, not just a system to track it.
This role spans a wide surface area. One week you might be improving technical SEO and AEO performance, the next you're shipping automated customer deck generation, the one after that you're rebuilding an enrichment pipeline. The right person finds that range energizing, learns fast, and is comfortable being the most technical person in any GTM conversation.
This is a role for someone whose default tool is Claude Code. We expect you to build agents, write scripts, prototype workflows, and ship production-grade systems where it matters. We want a point of view on where AI belongs in a modern GTM stack, and the engineering chops to put that point of view into practice.
