We are seeking for a Benefits Administrator – People Services, will support the Benefits Shared Services Team to provide a multi array of Benefits related tasks as well as ad hoc responsibilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Prepares, updates, monitors and submits reports to all government agencies pertaining to government mandated contributions and benefits.
- Coordinates and manages vendors to ensure timely benefits are provided to employees.
- Collaboration with a global team, including taking accountability for quality and on-time delivery of own work and involving other team members when appropriate.
- Complete Benefits related tasks in accordance with procedures to ensure ongoing consistency and compliance with required timeframes.
- Follow Benefits related processes per region in accordance with the established guidelines.
- Triage and analysis of each requests/issue with concrete solution path to employees and consultations with the Team Lead if need be.
- Provide process improvement recommendations when identified, to reduce completion time and improve efficiency of team tasks.
- Collation of information, data entry and electronic filing duties.
Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of prior experience in a Human Resource function.
- English: full professional proficiency.
- Achievement of established service level agreement timeframes for each request.
- Adherence to the established processes for each Benefit related requests and Ad Hoc tasks.
- Use of critical thinking skills on each requests.
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities.
- Team player – operates collaboratively with other employees.
- Fast learner with ability to methodically follow instructions.
- Able to work in a flexible shift with support in the morning/mid-shift.
- Follows mentorship and training directions from Team Leaders and colleagues.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, Word, Excel & Outlook.
- High level analytical and problem-solving skills.
