We are looking for an Area Sales Manager. Your responsibilities include supervising the field sales team and building long-term client relationships. As an Area Sales Manager, you should use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth. Communication and team management skills are also essential for this position. Ultimately, you will ensure your area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business objectives and contributes to our company’s success in the long run.

  Possess a Diploma or Degree in any disciplines

  Minimum 5 years of sales experience in logistics industries

• →

  Proven track record with 3 years of successful people management experience

• →

  Possess experience in courier service/small package knowledge is preferred

  Demonstrate competency in driving results, collaborating and influencing others, development of diverse talent, meeting and exceeding customer expectations and proven communication skills

  Excellent communicator, creative problem solver and have an analytical approach to developing sales strategy

  Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills

  Strong customer base and hunter personality

  Team player with excellent interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of stakeholders
