Work closely and collaboratively with field sales, purchasing, and product management

Prepare and issue customer-specific quotations and ensure consistent follow-up

Enter and process customer orders in the system
→
Monitor and coordinate ongoing orders as well as volume contracts

Maintain and update customer master data
→
Handle customer complaints and ensure appropriate resolution
→
Issue credit notes

Fluent in English and German (C1 level)
Several years of experience in inside or outside sales, preferably in the MIL/AERO sector
Strong solution-oriented and customer-focused mindset
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
