• →Handle inbound and outbound calls for the Service Department
• →Schedule and confirm service appointments
• →Follow up with customers on service needs and reminders
• →Use CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions
• →Maintain accurate records and notes
• →Provide a friendly, professional customer experience on every call
• →Assist with reports and daily administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

• →Strong communication and customer service skills
• →Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
• →Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
• →Organized and detail-oriented
• →Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• →Call center or customer service experience preferred
• →Flexible availability (including evenings and weekends)
• →High School Diploma or GED required
