Description -
The Business Planner Analytics supports enterprise planning activities, including account nomination and governance processes, sales letter preparation, and country-level business planning. Working closely with sales and business stakeholders, the role ensures planning activities are executed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with organizational objectives.
What a Business Planner Analytics does at HP:
* Coordinate enterprise account planning activities, including account nomination, governance reviews, and planning processes.
* Prepare, maintain, and manage sales letters and related planning documentation to support business operations.
* Support country-level enterprise business planning initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
* Monitor business performance and provide reporting, analysis, and insights to support decision-making and planning activities.
* Ensure business activities and execution plans remain aligned with approved business strategies and objectives across stakeholders.
* Communicate planning updates, progress, risks, and key outcomes to stakeholders, including leadership, sales teams, and business partners.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance requirements, and applicable regulatory standards within planning processes.
* Assess business opportunities, risks, and potential impacts, and provide recommendations to support planning and investment decisions.
* Maintain data accuracy, process integrity, and timely delivery of planning requirements and business commitments.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive effective execution of business plans and continuous process improvement.
Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:
* Four-year Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
* Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in strategy, planning, operations, data analysis or a related field.
* Experience in using Power BI platform.
