Inside Sales Representative Manager

The Inside Sales Representative Manager leads the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) team, driving revenue growth, optimizing sales effectiveness, and strengthening customer relationships in alignment with the Account Executive (AE) team. This role is responsible for guiding, coaching, and supporting individual team members to ensure the overall effectiveness of sales activities, leveraging HP’s remote sales capabilities and collaborating closely with AEs.

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is € 99.650,00 to € 151.100,00 euro annually, with a 60/40 (salary/incentive) mix. Pay varies by job-related skills, effort, responsibility, working conditions, experience and work location.
