Interactive Brokers seeks several motivated individuals to join our Application Support Group as an Account Processing Analyst to support the New Accounts team. This role will be part of a team building one of the world's strongest brokerage brands. A global enterprise that employs technology in all aspects of its business to generate prudent, controlled growth.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Daily processing of institutional and retail client applications
- →Review documentation related to a new account
- →Collaborate with other cross-functional teams to assist with account approval and maintenance.
- →Cross-reference multiple databases and ensure that regulatory aspects of AML and KYC are completed before opening an account
- →Follow various regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
- →Correspond with clients, sales representatives and Client service representatives.
Requirements

- Registrations: FINRA Series 7, 6, 63. IBKR will sponsor a FINRA license if job-related
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient user of MS Office applications, including advanced Excel skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively and multitask
- Self-organized team player with an excellent eye for detail
- Self-motivated and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision.
- Superb analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication (Verbal and written) skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
